Pretty interesting podcast! Steve is talking about brands and what you have to keep in mind when you try to establish one. He also has some nice examples of brands that did not very well to show you how it shouldn’t be done. Check this out: IT Conversations | O’Reilly Media Open Source Conference | [...]

I just read on UbuntuGeek that a successor of Automatix has been released. The Ubuntu Devs have not been very pleased when automativ was released, especially because the way it mangled your system was not performed in a “Debian way”. I’m curious how they’re going to react to this new “addon”. Have a look at: [...]

I’ve just read an article regarding the NXT revision of Lego mindstorms. This is really cool! I have worked with the older RCX bricks before, when I was working at the robotic lab at the university. I just checked my blog and noticed tons of google ads on my homepage… After a short check, the theme seems to be the source of all evil. I should have noticed earlier that a theme named “prosense” may include a lot of google adsense… What is incredibly impudent is that it contains the adsense [...]

I’ve seen last.FM before and I didn’t understood why everybody was talking about it. I tried to hear a specific song and got only 15 sec of it. I was disappointed. Well, the reason is simple, you can’t hear a specific song, you can only hear channels with artists similar to the one you’d like [...]

After playing with wordpress for a while, I’ll get a feeling why it’s one of the most popular blogging systems. It’s highly polished and most things work as you think they would. I am impressed. Just a small clarification: Zikula (homepage) is still my favourite php application framework! :)
